For lash extensions and lash lift & tint procedures it is especially important to not have oils, lash serums, makeup (including foundation), lotion, mascara, mascara residue or strip lash glue or residue on the lashes or eye area. No mascara or false lash glue or lash serums is to be applied to the eye area for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Arriving to your appointment with uncleaned lashes with result in voiding any lash guarantee.
Proper lash aftercare, growth and shed cycles and expectations of lash extensions will be advised during your lash appointment. Normal lash extension loss to be expected is up to 7 lashes per eye per day. If unusual loss is noticed within the first 48 hours after your appointment a touch up appointment may be offered to help troubleshoot why you may be having unusual loss. Only one complimentary lash touch up appointment will be offered per client. You must contact the studio with a photo within the first 48 hours after your appointment to be eligible to receive a lash touch up appointment. Lash guarantee is voided for foreign fills or when pre appointment care isn't taken prior to the extension appointment.
Payment is required at the end of your appointment at the studio and must be paid prior to leaving the studio.
Cash, debit and credit cards are all acceptable methods of payment.
When booking in for lash extension fills you must be scheduling your appointment 2-3 weeks from your previous appointment and have at least 40% of lash extensions remaining. Booking beyond 3 weeks or having less than 40% of lash extensions will result in needing a full set. It will be up to the discretion of your technician if a full set can be completed in your fill appointment time or if rescheduling your appointment is necessary. If your technician chooses to do a full set in your fill appointment time, you may be compromised of fullness in your lashes.
Your appointment will be charged as a full set OR your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment before your technician will reschedule you for a new set.
Foreign fills: Please note that foreign fills are welcome, however, the set you have on must still comply with our policy above. We must be able to work over the existing work and if your technician cannot, a removal and full set may be necessary. This will be at your technicians' discretion. If you choose not to proceed with a removal and a full set when advised, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay 50% of the original service fee.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you must reschedule or cancel - minimum of 24 hours notice is needed. If you do not give the minimum required notice you will be required to pay 50% of your service fee. In the case of a no show, 100% of the service fee is required and will need to be paid prior to rebooking with any of the technicians. By booking you agree to the cancellation & rescheduling policy.
lash extension removals
Removals of extensions that were applied in our studio are complimentary when booked appropriately through the booking system. If you should chose to change your lash fill appointment to a removal appointment without 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the original booked service.
Removals for lash extensions applied outside of our studio where an allergic reaction or infection is suspected, are not offered or accepted.
